Fitness Testing for your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and Functional Threshold Heart Rate (FTHR)
To make all of your cycle training really count, it is vitally important that you know your correct training zones. Enter The Lab will take you through the most commonly used fitness test to determine your zones, the 20 minute functional threshold test.
After a good warm up you will complete an all-out 20 minute time trial effort, recording either your average watts or average heart rate. These numbers can then be used to calculate your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) or Functional Threshold Heart Rate (FTHR).
Workout features on screen dashboard that displays suggested Intensity, Cadence, Heart Rate and Power Zone plus on screen prompts and features workout music to add to your training enjoyment.
