Lovely to spin along with in beautiful Tenerife. Film quality perfect. Dashboard fully comprehensive, easy to read on my laptop, yet no way intrusive into the film’s sense of place. Dash gives Km to summit (destination), present gradient + altitude in metres, RPE, intensity, cadence, where you are on a sketch of the route, and speed in Km per hour (presumably of vehicle). OK it’s shot from a vehicle, but the speeds are bike speeds, the filming smooth, the road empty and well surfaced, which, along with the good dashboard and cycleable speeds, makes this a favourite spin ride. The music for me is better than many spin videos as it’s not quite as harsh and in your face – well known tracks.

The quality of the video is great. I would`ve preferred slower cadence for this Mount, at least for the last kms.
